Interior Design Services

Interior Design is a highly subjective art and profession that is subject to personal taste; peculiarities of location; lighting; aspect; product availability; batch differences; and other factors which determine that White Pebble Interiors cannot guarantee that clients will always like their proposal/recommendations or that the proposal/recommendations will meet their expectations once implemented. Upon the client approving our proposal/recommendations White Pebble Interiors cannot provide any refunds. However, please do feel free to contact the office and we will be happy to discuss the design concepts further and make further recommendations. White Pebble Interiors cannot guarantee that any suppliers of products will allow the return of their products.

The designs White Pebble Interiors provides are intended as recommendations only. White Pebble Interiors will provide details of where to buy all our recommendations but cannot be held responsible for changes in price, stock issues and accuracy of this information. It is up to every customer to then act on these ideas and decorate their home. Customers can request further help with these purchases from White Pebble Interiors and will be charged accordingly. Where customers request White Pebble to purchase products, White Pebble will have the supplier directly invoice the customer.

Where White Pebble Interiors provides packaged services, White Pebble Interiors will provide details of the services and products to be provided but such services and/or products are subject to the client’s prior approval.

White Pebble Interiors reserves the right to cancel orders and refund the client should the need/event arise.

Clients must check all the details on our proposal/recommendation are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. Clients may of course change their mind at any time prior to final approval but may incur additional fees where White Pebble Interiors is required to undertake material additional work.

Packaged services include a specified level of services and as such are not subject to amendment beyond those specified services except with the prior agreement of White Pebble Interiors.


Payment and Pricing

White Pebble Interiors accepts payments via credit card or via direct bank transfer only. Payment may be made upfront or by instalments, as specified in the package arrangements. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

White Pebble Interiors pricing may change from time to time, however a change in price will not affect a client
that has a current agreement in place.


Cancelling an Order

If you have placed an order with White Pebble Interiors but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact White Pebble Interiors as soon as you can.  White Pebble Interiors will try their best to make any changes but they cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so, as your interior design order may already have commenced or be completed.

To cancel an order, you must inform us by email within 24 hours after approval whereupon the order will be cancelled once White Pebble Interiors has received your cancellation email and confirmed that you wish to cancel an order by return email. Any applicable refunds will
be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

There is no refund for the provision of services.


Privacy Policy

White Pebble Interiors will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party without your permission.


Exclusions of Liability

White Pebble Interiors will rely entirely upon measurements provided by the client in designing the room and furniture layout and recommending items to be purchased by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements required are provided, that all measurements are accurate and that the client provides a complete brief as to their requirements.

White Pebble Interiors will not accept any responsibility nor any liability in the event that any recommended item does not fit the space as shown on the floorplan due to errors in measurements.



White Pebble Interiors shall use its best endeavours to meet the requirements of the client’s brief but cannot accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our proposal/recommendation or any other representations we may make and we reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of products and services at any time.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

White Pebble Interiors shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to force majeure or any other matters outside our direct control.



All rights, including copyright, in the content of White Pebble Interiors proposal/recommendations are owned
by White Pebble Interiors and are provided for the client’s personal use only.
